Last updated October 1, 2026. Gather Hound is operated by Quill Hound. By using it you agree to these terms.
Using Gather Hound
You must be at least 13. Use your real name or a name your friends know you by. Keep your passkey and email access secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You own what you add (plans, messages, photos, videos, schedules). You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run the service.
Community rules
Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t post or send anything illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that you don’t have the right to share (this includes photos, videos and GIFs). Anyone can report a message, photo or person, and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break these rules.
Calendars
Connecting a calendar is optional and read-only. Suggestions are best-effort: always check the final time before you rely on it.
Availability of the service
We work to keep Gather Hound running but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, Quill Hound is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed plan.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.
